The Village of Alix has something for all seasons.

Alix Lake, at the end of Main Street, the Alix Lake Recreation Area with 11 stall camp ground, day use area, playground, swimming area, concession and smooth water for water ski and wakeboard enthusiasts.

Enjoy an abundance of water fowl watching and wildlife on the 6km walking trail along the lake shore starting at Lake Street.

Haunted Lakes Golf Course just 2kms outside of the Village offers a challenging nine hole grass green golfing experience.  Enjoy a beverage or light lunch at hole 19 in the clubhouse or stay at the campground.

Winter sports include hockey, figure skating, and public skating at the indoor arena and three sheets of ice at the curling rink.

Youth are encouraged to enjoy the fellowship and activities at the Alix Youth Center on Railway Avenue.

Younger children and their parents interact at the community hall weekly at Time for Tots.

Three playgrounds are located in residential areas throughout the village.

Seniors can enjoy a morning or afternoon at the drop in centre on Main Street where there is always something in the works, from visiting and coffee to jig saw puzzle building, crib games and a very well used pool table.
